Summary
The message routing services experienced downtime between 10:37am & 11:22am Friday 26th June (Edinburgh, GMT +1 hour).
Root cause
This was caused by a misconfiguration on one of the servers in our Cloud Platform provider.
Actions
- We are currently identifying any missed messages and will start re-scheduling them in due course.
- The configuration for this server will be moved into our strict deploy process.
